Description

BUD

The bud has an open blade. Anthocyanin pigmentation forming a border around the edge, with medium intensity. Medium and null or very low density of density of downward and upright hairs, respectively. Discontinuous tendrils distribution.

FLOWER, INFLORESCENCE, YOUNG LEAF

Tan young leaves.

ADULT LEAF

The blade is pentagonal-shaped with five lobes and medium-green bundle. No anthocyanin pigmentation of the main veins. Medium-sized, convex teeth (sometimes mixed with rectilinear ones in the same leaf). Open petiole sinuses (sometimes closed or overlapping), with V-shaped base (sometimes lyre-shaped). Upper lateral sinuses absent or shallow, open and with V-shaped base and a tooth. Low hairiness between the main veins, and medium and low of downward and upright hairs, respectively over the main veins. Rarely hairiness over the main veins of the bundle. No hairiness over the main veins of the bundle, neither on the petiole and petiole shorter than the main vein.

BUNCH

Medium and compact bunches, conical, usually with a wing.

BERRY AND SEED

Uniform, elliptical and red-black berries. Not-coloured pulp, juicy, soft and without particular flavour. Medium bloom and hilum little apparent. The pedicel is easy to separate and it presents a ring.
