Description

BUD

The bud has an open blade and the anthocyanin pigmentation forming a border around the edge with medium intensity. Medium-high density of downward hairs and null or very low of upright hairs. Tendrils distribution on the branch is discontinuous.

FLOWER, INFLORESCENCE, YOUNG LEAF

Tan-green blade of young leaves.

ADULT LEAF

The blade is pentagonal-shaped. Leaves with five lobes and medium-green blade. Main veins without  anthocyanin pigmentation. Teeth are medium-sized, with convex sides and equal length and width. Open sinuses; sometimes closed or overlapping. Petiole sinuses V-shaped, without teeth and not limited by veins on their base. Open petiole sinuses, with V or key-shaped base, without teeth and not limited by veins on their base. Open upper lateral sinuses, medium-shallow depth, with V or key-shaped base. Medium-low and high density, respectively, of downward and upright hairs on the underside between veins.  On the underside of the veins, medium density of downward and upright hairs, being the last ones inserted along the entire main, not only around the edge. The main veins along the blade presents downward and upright hairs, being the last one more abundant. Petiole with downward and upright hairiness and equal or slightly shorter than the main vein.

BUNCH

Compact and conical bunches, sometimes with a wing.

BERRY AND SEED

Uniform, spherical-shaped and blue-black berries. Medium bloom and hilum little apparent. Not-coloured pulp, juicy, soft and without particular flavour. The pedicel is easy to separate and it presents a ring.
